DELIVERY

SHIPPING RATES :

DOMESTIC
• 3-6 Business Days (USPS) - FREE (On domestic orders over $50.00)
• 3-6 Business Days (USPS) - $7.95 (On domestic orders under $50.00)
• 2-3 Business Days (USPS) - $14.95
- Please allow extra shipping time on all orders to Hawaii and Alaska

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the US.

INTERNATIONAL
• Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on location. Please allow 10-21 business days for shipping time on all international orders as different countries customs have different processing times.

When is the last day for holiday delivery?
December 14th for the east coast and December 16th the West Coast. It's possible you could order on the 17th or later and receive your package but we don't guarantee it.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

CUSTOMS

Sales tax, customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders shipped Internationally could be charged with customs fees. You may receive a separate invoice for these customs costs. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days of your confirmation. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes a link to your shipping tracking number and all of the order details.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted since we aim to process all orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your order, please email hello@dewystone.com

For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

ORDERS :

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to California. For orders shipped to other states, your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare your purchase and directly pay appropriate sales tax amounts to them.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
For optimal security, when an order is submitted an authorization request is sent to the issuing bank. The issuing bank then verifies billing information, the validity of the credit card, and the availability of funds. If the card information is valid and the funds are available, the bank puts an authorization hold on the funds. An authorization is only a hold on the funds for a possible future transfer of funds.

When an order is placed, two transactions will post to your account: 1) an authorization hold which holds the funds for the pending charge, and 2) a charge for the order upon shipment which removes the funds from the account.

If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will be removed from the account by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for inquiries related to the removal of authorization holds.

DEWYSTONE cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.

Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
