RETURN POLICY
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Dewystone has a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Dewystone online purchase, simply return the unused item(s) and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them
- All products that come in their own box or package, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product
- Dewystone reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
If your item(s) arrives broken or damaged, kindly report your damaged item(s) within 24 hours of delivery to be replaced/exchanged via email at hello@dewystone.com. A photograph(s) attached of the damaged item(s) is required in the report.
1. Prior to returning your item(s), please kindly email us your order number and reason for your return request.
2. Include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s) and ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. DEWYSTONE is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

We're sorry; return/exchange shipping fees are not refundable.
4. Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.
• Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
5. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
